Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
A. The period for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer takes an additional 1–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 2-3 weeks business days.
Shipping to US: After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination.

A. We ship worldwide and we charge 3 USD for key chains, t-shirts & necklaces. Phone cases, mouse pads & posters have FREE SHIPPING
Q. What happens in the event of unsatisfactory/wrong product/missing product?
A. We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any products that falls under the above categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
